Our CSR Vision
At ESTYA, our vision of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is based on a simple belief: economic performance must go hand in hand with a strong commitment to respecting people and the planet. For nearly 50 years (since ERIS was founded), we have incorporated this vision into everything we do, ensuring that our strategic choices benefit all our stakeholders—employees, customers, communities, and partners—in a very pragmatic way.

Governance Policy
➡ Transparency and Integrity: We strive to foster a culture based on integrity and transparency at all levels of the company. This involves clear and honest communication with our stakeholders, whether they are our employees, customers or suppliers. We regularly hold strategic meetings and Management Committee meetings to ensure rapid and shared decision-making.
➡ Business ethics: We are committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards in our business practices. This includes combating corruption, preventing conflicts of interest, and promoting fair competition.
➡ Stakeholder engagement: We have established mechanisms for dialogue with our stakeholders to gather their expectations and respond to them proactively. We favour partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors who share our ethical and sustainable values.
Environmental Policy
➡ Reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: Aware of the impact of our activities on the climate, we have implemented initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. This includes optimising our business travel, adopting less polluting transport solutions, and improving the energy efficiency of our sites.
➡ Waste Management: We are committed to reducing, reusing and recycling our waste. Our sites are equipped with selective sorting systems, and we work with specialised partners to ensure responsible waste management in accordance with best environmental practices.
➡ Awareness and Training: We believe that every employee has a role to play in protecting the environment. That is why we regularly organise training and awareness sessions on environmental issues, encouraging good practices on a daily basis (such as soft mobility with the implementation of a Bicycle Plan, the installation of beehives at the company’s headquarters, etc.).
➡ Eco-design and Innovation: We incorporate environmental criteria from the design phase of our products and services. Our goal is to minimise the ecological impact throughout the life cycle of our solutions by favouring sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies.
Social and Societal Policy
➡ Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC): At ESTYA, we strive to create a healthy and fulfilling work environment. We have implemented workplace wellness programmes, including initiatives to promote work-life balance, as well as an active policy for the prevention of psychosocial risks.
➡ Training and Skills Development: We invest heavily in the continuous training of our employees. Through our FIRST training school, we offer development programmes tailored to individual needs, enabling our teams to stay at the forefront of technological developments and market requirements.
➡ Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity is a source of strength for ESTYA. We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and combating all forms of discrimination. We have signed the Diversity Charter and strive to ensure balanced representation in all our teams, valuing the skills and potential of each individual.
➡ Social Commitment: ESTYA actively supports local and national initiatives that promote economic and social development in the areas where we operate. We participate in professional integration projects and collaborate with specialised organisations to promote employment for young people and those in difficulty. It is in this spirit that our FIRST Academy was created!
