What a proud moment for ESTYA!

ESTYA had the honor of being recognized at the Grand Prix des Lionnes 2025, organized by Montefiore Investment.
Our commitment has also been highlighted in the pages of Challenges — a moment of pride shared by our entire team.

An innovative and inclusive training model

This recognition rewards the innovative and inclusive nature of our technician training and onboarding program: the FIRST Academy.
Launched in 2005, this initiative is built on a strong belief:
➡ to train, support and help our talents grow internally — with high standards and genuine care.

Thanks to this model, based on knowledge sharing and trust, more than 200 technicians have been integrated and trained within the Group. This success is above all a collective human adventure, made possible by the women and men who have carried and enriched this project over the years.

A long-standing human adventure

A special tribute goes to Alain Goeta, founder of the company, and Ludovic Goeta, who supported this ambitious vision from the very beginning.
Their trust helped build a strong culture of training and knowledge transmission, which continues to thrive today within the Group.
